The Austrian Presidency of the Council of the EU has implemented an online registration system.
Every participant to this event needs to be accredited in order to obtain an access badge for the event venue. Please click on the link to create an account and use your personal e-mail address and a password of your choice. After confirming your e-mail address, you will be able to enter your information into the accreditation system. Please be informed that the registration or the creation of a new account (e.g. for your partner) requires a new e-mail address.
All personal information provided during the registration will be processed in accordance with the Austrian Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulation.
Online registration will be open from 9 July until 18 September 2018.
After the registration process has been completed, the accreditation badges will be created and the accredited person will be notified by e-mail. Please note that this process may take up to two weeks.
Please note that the venue is only accessible to accredited individuals. For security reasons, delegates will only be admitted into the conference hall upon presentation of a valid admission badge, which you will find either in your Hotel room if using one of our suggested accomodations (see section Accomodation) or will be handed out to you at the accreditation desk. The badge is non-transferable and delegates are requested to keep the badges visible. Please immediately report the loss of a badge to the conference organiser.
